We`re hiring!
Yes, we want more staff!
We are looking for like minded designers, coders (PHP and C#), marketing gurus and what not with a spark and that are willing to work for pure love! (and eventually some merch like a blue cup, t-shirts etc).
If you want to work at AGSA you could either tweet us or simply send us an email.
New design preview!
Have a look at the new design!
We are currently working hard on this new design and system to finally get AGS Archives finalized and ready for developers/gamers. We first started AGS Archives back in early 2009 (1st of February to be exact) and it is about time it goes into a final build!
We are very pleased with how things are going so far and hope all of you also will like where it is going!
We will run a 2 week test period once the new design/system is done and if all goes well push it to the public!
If you want to help test it or join as a contributor please contact us either through twitter or by email.
Nimbus divorces AGSA
A web related marriage can't last forever!
The creator of Nimbus, Steve Poulton (aka Calin Leafshade), has decided that he wants to take Nimbus to the next step and become independent from AGSA.
A decision we fully respect and support!
What does this mean for AGSA? Not much really! Nimbus will still support AGSA downloads via www.agsarchives.com!
In other news a refined design is in the works by another fellow AGS'er Subspark!
And we are still working on all the other things left to finish!
Final version of the site!
The final version of AGSArchives.com is nearly complete!
The last months we have worked hard on the final version of AGSArchives.com and we finally feel that we are getting where we want to be with the site. We hope to open up the user system in the very near future! You are however able to register allready, but there is not much to do once you log in! Stay tuned!
AGSArchives.com status update!
So what have we been up to? Alot!
We have done alot of things lately, some of it being smaller things that help making the site run smooth but mostly we have been working alot with the database!
A fellow AGS'er Arj0n has been and is helping us ALOT with mapping all the AGS games finding out what games have dead links and finding out if they are available for download somewhere else etc.
It won't be long now untill the amount of games available for download here on the site will be 1000+
Further developing of the site is stopped!
Peder Jonsen founder of agsarchives.com has decided to stop further development of agsarchives.com!
Though this is happening for a very good reason! agsarchives.com is far from dead and will still be finished one day, only it will be a bit different than originally planned!
A fellow AGS'er Steve Poulton (aka Calin Leafshade) has started a project currently known as Nexus.
This project is a digital delivery gaming platform that will firstly be made for AGS games.
agsarchives.com is currently going through discussions on how we can merge these two projects together and more news will be posted when things are more clear!
